Our EMS team operates a 24/7 Operational Command Center (OCC) also known as the Emergency Medical Dispatch center at the RPM HQ ensuring a single point of access to RPM EMS Services, being able to receive requests for our services, triage calls, allocate and dispatch the required resources immediately.
